Communities urged to end (GBV) gender based violence

Local residents have been urged to work together in protecting young girls and women against gender based violence (GBV) so as to promote in societies.

Speaking at a meeting with artisanal Miners on Violence against women, Gender Officer for SayWhat Mrs Dorcas Zamuchiya said it is everyone’s responsibility to stop gender based violence.

The Ministry of Women Affairs and Youth has partnered SayWhat, Oxfam, Bethany projects in campaigning against GBV in the Great Dyke.
