Sibling fight over family estate

Two Mazvihwa brothers who are involved in a dispute over the family estate have taken their matter to the courts.

Innocent Mthethwa aged 47 and Rodger Mthethwa 58 appeared before Zvishavane magistrate Shepard Munjanja to settle their dispute which involved the distribution of their late father`s estate.

Innocent claims that his brother has in the past 30 years been selling cattle they both inherited from their late father.

Their father passed away in 1987 and left his entire property was given to his two sons, who have separate mothers.

However, magistrate Munjanja advised Innocent Mthethwa to re-file his matter as an estate case.
